"Finally Got the Right Part"
I ordered a replacement part from Parts Place Inc. and, the fitment was spot on. I was a little skeptical at first because I’ve had other sites send me parts that clearly weren’t checked very well, but this one actually matched my car perfectly. The install was easy too, no trimming or modifying needed. Kind of makes you wonder why every place can’t get the listings this accurate. Overall, really happy with it.

"Parts were fine, but the support was a headache"
The parts themselves were okay, no real complaints there. But trying to get help was frustrating. It took days just to get a response, and when they finally replied, it didn’t really answer my question. At that point I was just like, give me a break

"Inventory Info Could Be Better"
The website showed the part as being in stock, so I went ahead and placed my order. A little later, I was told it actually wasn’t available, which was frustrating. To be fair, customer service did keep me updated and handled the communication professionally, but the inventory information really needs to be more accurate. Overall, not a terrible experience, just kind of inconvenient.

Not gonna lie, the part matched the description for the most part, but one small detail wasn’t quite what I expected. It still worked fine, so no major complaint, I just wish that part had been a little clearer in the listing.

I actually found a couple parts here that I couldn’t get anywhere locally, so that was a nice surprise. The site had more available than I expected. It did take me a little while to feel sure I was choosing the right one though. Has anyone else had that same issue when trying to narrow down the exact part? Overall, good experience and I’d use them again...

It was okay overall, but things felt a bit slow. Maybe they were short-staffed or just having an off day, I’m not really sure. Nothing terrible, just not as quick as I was expecting.

"Good Quality Parts and a Smooth Experience Overall"
I ordered these parts and, overall, I was happy with how everything turned out. The quality seemed solid when I took everything out and looked it over, and the parts fit the way they were supposed to without me having to fight with them or make any adjustments. The packaging could have been a little better, since it wasn’t exactly perfect when it arrived, but thankfully nothing inside was damaged or scratched up, so it didn’t end up being a big issue. All in all, it was a good experience, and if I needed similar parts again down the road, I’d feel comfortable buying from them another time.

"Mostly okay, but the answers weren’t consistent"
One part was definitely wrong, which was frustrating because the rest of it seemed fine. What bothered me most was that the answers didn’t feel consistent, so I wasn’t sure what to trust. Overall it was okay, but that one issue made the experience a bit annoying.

I wasn’t totally sure what I needed at first, but I did like that the parts were clearly marked as OEM or aftermarket. That made it a lot easier to choose without second-guessing everything. The order went through fine, and thankfully the part fit like it was supposed to...

"Wish I Had Checked the Shipping First"
The parts themselves were totally fine and worked as expected, but I really wish I had paid closer attention to the shipping cost before ordering. It ended up being more than I expected, which made the whole purchase feel a bit disappointing

I’ll be honest, I usually hear “refund” and instantly assume it’s going to be a hassle. But this was simple. I got my money back quicker than I expected and didn’t have to jump through a bunch of hoops, so that was a nice surprise.
"Communication Was Really Frustrating"
I had a frustrating time dealing with Parts Place Inc. I was sending a couple messages about my order and mostly got either no response or these short replies that didn’t really answered what I was asking. When they finally did get back to me, I feel like I had to explain the same thing all over again. Maybe other people have better luck, but for me the communication made everything way more stressful than it needed to be

"Defective part and no real support"
The part I received was defective, and trying to get it sorted out was way more frustrating than it should’ve been. What bothered me most was the lack of any real human contact. Replies were slow, and it felt like I had to keep chasing just to get basic help. By the end, I didn’t feel taken care of at all, and I wouldn’t order from them again

The parts showed up on time, which was great, but the packaging was rough. The box was crushed on one corner and there was barely any padding inside. Luckily the part was still usable, but I really don’t like taking that kind of chance after paying for shipping...

My part arrived cracked, which was definitely frustrating at first. I emailed them some pictures, and they got a replacement sent out quickly. It still took a few days to get everything sorted, but support was reasonable and handled it fairly. Overall, not a perfect experience, but I’d say they made it right.
